FOR THE WORDS IN YOUR DAY
Stay with
the thought.
The reply you need to send. The idea you don’t want to lose. The first draft you’ve been putting off.
Say what’s on your mind. Silktone puts your words where you’re already working, so you can keep going.
“Hi Maya, I’ll send you the updated deck this afternoon.” Speaking runs at roughly 150 words per minute. Typing averages about 40.
The same reply, in your email draft. Typical pace; yours will vary.

WHY SILKTONE
Private first. Offline always.
Unlimited by default.
Nothing leaves your PC
Speech recognition runs on your own machine. Your audio and transcripts stay with you and are never sent to us.
No internet? No problem.
The model lives on your PC, so dictation keeps working on a flight, in a dead zone or with Wi-Fi switched off.
Unlimited, really
No word caps, no minute meters, no monthly quota. Dictate one line or a whole chapter.
English and Hindi
Write in the language that fits your thought, in English or हिन्दी.
Optional AI cleanup is off by default. If enabled, text goes to your chosen provider using your own key. Processing details
COMMAND GO Coming soon

Silktone is built to grow. Command Go is the first feature you’ll unlock: a voice agent that acts on what you say, from opening an app to finishing a task, not just putting words on the page.
Early accessCommand Go is in development. The current beta is for dictation.

Processing & optional cleanup
The Windows app
Speech recognition runs on your PC in English and Hindi. Optional AI cleanup is off by default. Enabling it sends text to your chosen provider using your own key; its terms and usage charges apply.
The browser demo
Your browser’s speech recognition provider may receive your audio. This demo usually requires the internet and writes only into this page. Silktone does not store your demo audio or transcript. Browser, language and device support varies.
Before you try the beta
Early access is free for your first 3 months. Ask for the current build’s requirements before installing. The beta uses an unsigned installer, manual updates and an MIT license.
